For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

By accessing tf777, creating an Account, or placing any Wager on the platform, you unambiguously confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including all supplementary rules, policies, and promotion-specific terms referenced herein or published elsewhere on the tf777 platform.

You further confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are physically located within the Philippines at the time of gameplay;
• You are not accessing the tf777 platform on behalf of any other person;
• You are acting in your personal capacity as an individual and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any corporate entity for the purposes of gambling;
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.

3.1 Eligibility Requirements. To register and maintain a tf777 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Be a natural person (corporate entities may not hold player accounts);
• Be physically present within the Philippines during gameplay;
• Not be subject to a current self-exclusion order under any PAGCOR-affiliated programme;
• Not have had a previous tf777 Account closed or suspended for breach of this Agreement;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

3.2 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) tf777 Account. tf777 prohibits the creation of duplicate, secondary, or substitute accounts by the same individual, whether using the same or different personal details. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any associated funds pending review.

3.3 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, valid email address, and registered mobile number. You must notify tf777 promptly if any registration information changes.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). tf777 reserves the right to request identity documentation from any Player at any time. Prior to processing any withdrawal, Players must complete KYC verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (including but not limited to: SSS card, UMID, PhilHealth card, Philippine passport, driver's licence, PRC licence, or voter's ID) together with a contemporaneous selfie confirmation. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by tf777 may result in temporary restriction of withdrawal functionality.

4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tf777 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. tf777 will never request your password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or SMS.

4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify tf777 immediately upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised access to your Account. tf777 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.

4.3 Account Activity. All Wagers and transactions conducted through your Account are deemed to have been authorised by you. tf777 may, at its discretion, void or reverse transactions where there is evidence of unauthorised access, system error, or fraudulent activity.

4.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as dormant. tf777 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant Account balances, subject to applicable Philippine consumer regulations. Players will be notified prior to the application of any such fee.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. tf777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet. All transactions are denominated in Philippine pesos (PHP). tf777 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits are credited to your Player Balance upon confirmation of receipt from the payment provider. tf777 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All funds deposited must originate from a financial instrument (bank account, e-wallet, or card) registered in the Player's own name.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player must have completed KYC verification;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the Player's available Account balance;
• Any active wagering requirement attached to bonus funds must be fulfilled before the associated funds become withdrawable;
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to technical constraints;

5.4 Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to the processing schedules of the receiving financial institution. tf777 does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

6.1 Game-Specific Rules. Each game and betting market offered on the tf777 platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the relevant game interface or sportsbook section. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and this Agreement, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the mechanics of that specific game, but this Agreement shall govern all matters relating to account management, financial transactions, and conduct.

6.2 Bet Acceptance. tf777 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any Wager at its sole discretion, including where:

• The Player's account balance is insufficient to cover the Wager;
• There is evidence of attempted exploitation of system errors or pricing anomalies;
• The Wager is placed after the commencement of the relevant event in circumstances where pre-event pricing applies;
• Technical or connectivity issues prevent proper bet processing;
• The Wager would violate applicable law or PAGCOR regulations.

6.3 System Errors. In the event of a system malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure that affects the integrity of a game result or transaction, tf777 reserves the right to void the affected Wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account balance. tf777 accepts no obligation to honour payouts arising from demonstrable system errors.

6.4 Sportsbook Void Events. In sports betting, tf777 reserves the right to void markets in the event of an event being cancelled, abandoned, postponed beyond a specified period, or affected by irregular circumstances that compromise the integrity of the result. Void Wagers will be returned to the Player's balance at the stake amount.

7.1 General Promotion Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by tf777 are subject to promotion-specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In accepting any bonus, the Player agrees to be bound by both these general Terms and the specific promotion terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering requirements specify a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x) that must be wagered within the bonus validity period.

7.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available only to eligible Players as defined in each promotion. tf777 reserves the right to exclude any Player from bonus eligibility at its discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse.

7.4 Prohibited Bonus Abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of any associated bonus funds, potential Account suspension, and recovery of any winnings derived from abusive activity:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same welcome or new-player offer;
• Using low-variance betting strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk;
• Coordinating with other Players to systematically exploit bonus structures;
• Providing false registration information to qualify for promotions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tf777 platform and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Fraud: Any form of fraudulent conduct, including the use of stolen payment credentials, false identity documentation, or manipulation of game outcomes;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip-dumping in poker-style games or match-fixing in sportsbook markets;
• Automated Play: Use of bots, scripts, automated betting tools, or any software designed to place Wagers or interact with the platform without genuine human input;
• Money Laundering: Using the tf777 platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, in violation of Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments;
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment disputes or chargebacks with a payment provider in bad faith after receiving genuine gaming services from tf777;
• Account Sharing: Sharing Account access with another person, including for the purpose of allowing a third party to place Wagers;
• Hacking: Any attempt to access unauthorised areas of the tf777 platform, disrupt its operations, or compromise its technical infrastructure.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the tf777 platform, including but not limited to game software, visual designs, audio, graphics, trademarks, service marks, logos, text, and data, is the exclusive property of tf777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

9.2 Limited Licence. Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, tf777 grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tf777 platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or exploit any platform content for commercial purposes.

9.3 Restrictions. You must not: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any tf777 software; remove or alter any proprietary notices; or use the tf777 brand, name, or trademarks without the prior written consent of the Company.

10.1 Platform Availability. tf777 strives to provide continuous platform availability but does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, and technical failures beyond the Company's reasonable control may cause temporary service interruption.

10.2 Exclusion of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tf777 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from your use of the platform;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform;
• Technical failures, connectivity issues, or platform downtime beyond tf777's reasonable control;
• Actions of third-party game providers whose content is hosted on the tf777 platform.

10.3 Maximum Aggregate Liability. In all circumstances where tf777's liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, the Company's maximum aggregate liability to any single Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement. You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that you may lose all funds wagered. tf777 does not guarantee any particular outcome or return. Participation in games of chance and skill is entirely at your own risk.

11.1 Commitment. tf777 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment consistent with PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements. We recognise that a minority of players may develop problematic gambling behaviour and we take our obligations to those players seriously.

11.2 Player Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all tf777 Players through the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings;
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month;
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum continuous play session durations;
• Cooling-off Periods: Temporarily suspend Account access for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your Account from all tf777 gaming activity.

11.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to self-exclude must submit a request through the tf777 support channel. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request being processed. tf777 will use reasonable commercial efforts to prevent self-excluded Players from accessing gaming services; however, if you are self-excluded and continue to access the platform, you do so in breach of these Terms.

11.4 Age Verification. tf777 employs age verification procedures at registration and during KYC processing to prevent access by persons under 21 years of age. Any Player found to be under 21 will have their Account closed immediately and any funds in the Account balance will be returned to the originating payment method after deducting any winnings generated.

tf777 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice, to reflect changes in applicable law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, platform features, or business practices. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the tf777 platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your Account.

Where amendments are material — such as changes that significantly affect Player rights or financial terms — tf777 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email to the address registered on your Account.

14.1 Termination by Player. You may request closure of your tf777 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Account balance above the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method, subject to KYC verification and any outstanding bonus wagering requirements.

14.2 Termination by tf777. tf777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The Player has breached any provision of this Agreement;
• The Player has engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Clause 8;
• The Player is found to be a Prohibited Person as defined in Clause 1;
• tf777 is required to do so under applicable law, PAGCOR direction, or a court order;
• The Player has failed to complete KYC within the required timeframe.

14.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account termination or suspension, your licence to use the tf777 platform immediately reverts. Where termination occurs due to Player breach, tf777 reserves the right to withhold Account balance pending investigation and, where a breach is confirmed, to forfeit such balance in whole or in part.

15.1 Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

15.2 Regulatory Oversight. tf777 operates within the PAGCOR regulatory framework. Players with complaints relating to regulatory compliance matters may refer those complaints to PAGCOR through its official channels.

15.3 Dispute Resolution Process. In the event of any dispute between a Player and tf777 arising from the use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through the following process:

1. The Player submits a written complaint to the tf777 support team describing the dispute in detail;
2. tf777 will acknowledge the complaint within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days;
3. If the dispute is not resolved at Step 2, the Player may escalate the matter to the tf777 dispute resolution team for senior review;
4. Disputes that remain unresolved after internal review may be submitted to PAGCOR's applicable dispute mechanism.

15.4 Jurisdiction. For matters not subject to the dispute resolution process above, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
